I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, PTSD, and life transitions. No matter what brings you to therapy, my goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with people across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including community mental health, academic medical hospitals, the VA, college counseling, and a culturally informed mental health and substance use treatment center on an American Indian Reservation. My specialties include treating PTSD, chronic pain, sleep difficulties, and working with individuals who have co-occurring medical conditions.
I completed my APA-accredited internship at the New Mexico VA and University of New Mexico Hospital, followed by a yearlong post-doctoral fellowship in health psychology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. I earned my master’s in counseling from UW-Madison in 2015 and my Ph.D. in psychology from UW-Milwaukee in 2023. I am also a proud member of the National Register of Health Service Psychologists.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative and supportive experience tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re facing a difficult life transition, struggling with ongoing stress, or looking to improve your overall well-being, I’m here to help.
